Inspiring and Supporting young people seriously injured through sport

Get Your Business or Employer Involved

Without a team of such committed and dedicated companies behind us, we wouldn't be where we are today. A huge thank you goes to each and every one of them. There are many ways companies can help support the work we do;

Charity of the year

We would love it if you chose us to be your charity of the year. You can really make a difference and help us inspire and support young people seriously injured through sport.

Employee Fundraising

Why not get your staff and colleagues involved and have fun at the same time, by organising fundraising activities, from a dress down day, to organising a rugby match. Just use your imagination and skills to raise some money (click here for a list of fundraising ideas).

Sponsorship

Sponsorship is a fantastic way to support the Matt Hampson Foundation whilst achieving a route to market and generating brand awareness amongst your customers and our supporters. We would love you to help us out by sponsoring one of our events or activities and align your brand with our important cause.

Fundraising events

Every year we have a packed calendar of exciting events and fundraising initiatives which companies can sponsor, putting your brand at the heart of the event, providing excellent opportunities to support the Foundation whilst supporting your corporate social responsibility and marketing objectives. There are a number of ways in which you could support us through sponsorship. You may want to be associated with a high-profile event, or perhaps a community-based event or activity would better suit your brand. Please email info@hambo.co.uk for further details.

Payroll Giving

An easy way to donate is to 'give as you earn'. Company employees can give a regular donation each month to help us, which is also a simple and tax efficient way to contribute. Payroll Giving is a way for employees to make regular payments to The Matt Hampson Foundation directly from their pay. People who receive their company/personal pension through PAYE (Pay As You Earn) can participate too.

Payments that employees make through a Payroll Giving scheme are deducted from their pay before tax is deducted. This means they are given tax relief on their donation immediately - and at their highest rate of tax. It's easy to set up a Payroll Giving scheme for your business. There's little in the way of cost and administration, and you'll probably be able to adapt your existing payroll system to operate the scheme. Donations and Gifts in kind

There are of course other ways you can help us out, other than fundraising. You can always support us by donating products, discounted services or professional skills, or even make a one-off donation.

Donate a product or service

Gifts in kind can help save valuable resources and enable us to fundraise even more effectively, meaning that even more money can be spent on our beneficiaries.

Matched giving

Match your employees' fundraising efforts and be sure to give them a real boost. By matching pound for pound what your employees give, whether it is part of payroll giving or raising money in other ways, it is a fantastic way of supporting us and your employees in their fundraising activities. Businesses also have the flexibility to put a cap on how much is matched per employee.

You Can Help
