Inspiring and supporting young people seriously injured through sport

Legacy Driveway

The evening of Wednesday 5th September saw the Get Busy Living Centre open its doors to special guests as we presented the plaques for our Legacy Driveway.

The Hollywood Walk of Fame has nothing on us! The driveway leading up to the Centre is lined with trees which generous supporters of the Foundation have sponsored. Each tree is accompanied by a commemorative plaque which has a unique message from the sponsor written on it. The plaques will act as a reminder to future visitors of those who were there supporting the Centre at the very beginning.

Guests joined Foundation Patron and rugby royalty Mike Tindall, fellow nose model George Chuter and Freddie Tuilagi for an enjoyable evening which included a Q and A and the presentation of the plaques.

Presenting and planting the plaques takes the Centre another step towards being ready for the grand opening on the 2nd October. More information on the Grand Opening Event will be released soon.

Matt paid tribute to those who have supported this initiative; “The Foundation relies on the generous support of so many people. Offering sponsors the opportunity to have a plaque next to their tree is a way of honouring those who are helping us to ensure that the Centre can support our beneficiaries now and for many years to come.”

There are a couple of trees left so if you would like a plaque then please contact for further information.
