After a decade of working closely with Legend’s Managing Director Clare Morton, The Matt Hampson Foundation is thrilled to announce Legend Events as the charity’s official Events Partner.
Legend Holidays & Events was co-founded by Rugby World Cup winner Will Greenwood and Leicester Tiger’s Legend Austin Healey. Legend work hard to make events fun, memorable and different. From charity fundraisers, to gala dinners, to corporate and family days. With a team of sporting royalty at their disposal including John Barnes, Maggie Alphonsi, Andrew Strauss and Martin Johnson. Legend are the perfect company to lead on all of Team Hambo’s fund raising events.

Legend already manage the Foundation’s Annual AXA XL Six Nations Dinner at Battersea Evolution, the Summer Ball, Ladies Night, Golf Days along with all the events taking place at the new Get Busy Living Centre. Over the years they have been involved in helping to raise hundreds of thousands of pounds for the Foundation and everyone at Team Hambo cannot thank them enough for all the support they have provided.

The Annual AXA XL Six Nations Dinner has become arguably the best rugby dinner in the calendar. Supported by around 50 current and ex rugby legends, it is a hugely enjoyable evening spent in the company of inspirational beneficiaries all in aid of raising funds for the Foundation. The success of the event and the way that it has grown over the years is due to the hard work and expertise of Clare and her awesome team at Legend.
With the partnership now official we know that all of our events and fund-raising activities are in the safest of hands.
