The Foundation team have prepared and sent out today home rehab training packs to our beneficiaries.
The packs include Pilates ball, golf ball, tennis ball and theraband. Foundation Physio Josie will be setting exercise regimes and doing one on one face time calls to keep our beneficiaries active and continuing their rehabilitation whilst in isolation at home.
The app that was launched this week will also feature work out tips and exercise plans for our beneficiaries.
Tommy Cawston Foundation CEO commented “It’s so important to give our beneficiaries all the tools and support they need to continue their physical rehabilitation at home during this difficult time. We will utilise our Get Busy Living App, FaceTime calls and other methods to deliver one on one fitness sessions, physio advice etc and plan to keep everyone in constant communication. Our strength as a charity is our beneficiaries and I know that collectively they will keep the amazing spirit of the Get Busy Living centre going we just have to go about it in a different way.”
