Inspiring and supporting young people seriously injured through sport

Foundation marathoners raise thousands to support beneficiaries

Our incredible marathoners raised almost £20k for the Foundation on Sunday as they took on the 26.2 mile London Marathon course.

Bruce, Penny, Emma, Dan, Gisele, Rachel, James and Jenny ran and pushed for hours to complete the race, with some taking part in the main event in London and others participating remotely.

Our runners include long-time Foundation supporters, friends and family members of our beneficiaries as well as beneficiaries themselves. Giselle, a Foundation beneficiary who sustained a spinal cord injury during a motorcycle drag race, pushed her way around London in just over 6 hours - an amazing achievement!

We have a few places available for next year’s event - do get in touch if you fancy taking part in 2022!
