Inspiring and supporting young people seriously injured through sport

DUNCAN MASON
After watching an episode of rugby tonight where I saw the fantastic work that Hambo was doing despite his obvious physical difficulties I felt compelled to help this wonderful cause. At the age of nearly 50 and still playing regular front row rugby I realise how lucky I have been to avoid any serious injury over my 21 year playing career.

Nearing my 50th birthday I wanted to set myself a challenge that would test me both physically and mentally so decided to cycle solo with no back up crew from the severn bridge in Wales where I live to tower bridge London a distance of 165 miles over 3 days, and proving to myself I wasn't over the hill.
